Meditation Surrey offers a range of mindfulness courses in Epsom, Surrey

Our courses include a range of meditation and mindfulness techniques that have been clinically proven to enhance and improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Our courses are secular and open to all. The techniques we teach are simple and straightforward and do not require the purchase of special equipment, nor do they require participants to sit in any strange or uncomfortable positions! Our aim is to make mindfulness meditation accessible and fun for all and to enable participants to weave mindful awareness into their everyday lives.

Our core 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is based on the renowned MBSR course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. The course is designed for anyone looking to enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing, not just those suffering from a specific medical condition.Through practising a number of straightforward mindfulness meditation techniques, course participants learn how to better manage conflicting thoughts and emotions and how to respond (rather than react) to life's challenges.


Meditation Surrey is continuing to run weekly 30 mins online mindfulness sessions via Zoom on THURSDAY andmornings at 8.30am. No prior mindfulness or meditation experience is necessary. The sessions are offered on a freely given basis but voluntary donations are welcome.
