Steve Harding

Steve Harding is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, having graduated from the Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice ('CMRP')'s Teacher Training Pathway ('TTP') in 2017. Steve was awarded the CMRP's Certficate of Competence in Teaching Mindfulness Based courses.

CMRP is part of the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches ('BAMBA') and Steve is included on BAMBA's Register of Mindfulness Teachers, a requirement of which is that he adheres to the UK Good Practice Guidelines for the teaching of mindfulness-based courses. In addition, the UK Good Practice Guidelines requires that Steve receives regular supervision and he does so through the Mindfulness Network CIC.

Steve has been practising mindfulness since 2007, having attended an 8 week MBSR course in North London. Since then Steve has attended numerous mindfulness workshops and events and in 2012 he decided to train to become a mindfulness teacher. Steve's initial teacher training was with the Meditation Foundation and in 2013 he joined the CMRP's TTP. 

In 2014, and again in 2020, Steve attended specific training with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre on teaching the best-selling book Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman as a course curriculum.

In addition to teaching mindfulness courses Steve is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist offering a range of treatments from his Epsom home treatment room.
